After the safety barriers are retracted, the suspended robotic arm flying capsule will slowly ascend and rotate 180°, suspending visitors within the enclosed hemispherical screen in mid-air. In terms of overall design, this project showcases outstanding creativity and planning. The suspended robotic arm structure consists of three servo motors, precision planetary reducers, two RV reducers, driving gears, and slewing bearings. This design allows the robotic arm to perform single-axis or multi-axis rotations, providing the suspended RIDE capsule with a wide range of motion possibilities. Furthermore, the three-degree-of-freedom arm mechanism ensures that the tourist trolley can move on three perpendicular axes, providing visitors with a comprehensive visual experience. The suspended robotic arm three-degree-of-freedom flying ride equipment in this project is precisely controlled by computers and can closely coordinate with dome screen movies and special effects to achieve a realistic flying experience. Each ride equipment can accommodate four persons, operates smoothly, and is durable, providing visitors with an immersive flying adventure.

Technical Description

This project is to apply the suspension mechanical arm to the application scenario of ball screen flight. The space requirement for traditional flight buildings is smaller, and the compound movements are smoother. The flying theater complements the spherical IMAX giant screen that displays the prosperous city and the beautiful mountains and rivers, supplemented by the shocking sound effects and the gentle breeze with the theme flavor. Visitors are completely surrounded by the giant screen.
